Bridge
DUPLICATE BRIDGE
Welcome back to the friendliest game in town! We provide an atmosphere where players can enjoy high quality play in an amiable game, located in a spacious, well-ventilated venue. Games are run by an SCBA accredited director; scoring is done electronically. If you’ve played duplicate bridge and understand Basic Standard American Bidding (SAYC), you are welcome to join us. Our more experienced players go out of their way to make sure everyone feels welcome and supported. But be warned - their enthusiasm for the game is contagious!
BRIDGE LESSONS
At various times of the year our Bridge coordinators will offer lessons for complete beginners, or those who are not yet able to join the full duplicate bridge games. To register your interest for these lessons ahead of time, please email the Bridge section directly.

Bunco
Bunco is Back!
Join us for an exciting and fast-paced dice game that's all about fun and friendship. Our monthly Bunco nights will be member-hosted on the second Thursday of each month, with 12-20 players.
Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, no prior experience or skill is needed—everyone is welcome!

Cocktail Club and Bar Nights
Welcome to evenings of fun and relaxation at the finest venues in Singapore. Come and join us for drinks, nibbles and the opportunity to meet new people. We offer two experiences:
Cocktail Club is for those wanting a unique and intimate experience at the finest establishments in Singapore ranging from grand hotels to small, intimate cocktail bars. Maximum number for this event will be 10 people.
Bar Nights is a relaxed social gathering for an unlimited number of people. Come for wine, beer or non-alcoholic drinks and get to meet other members of AWA.

If you are new to the AWA, new to Singapore, or have lived here a while but want to meet some new people, this is a great place to start.
Feel free to drop by. We are just a casual group that likes meeting new people. This group is perfect for you if you are new to Singapore and want to learn a little more about AWA.

DISH Lunches
DISH is our social luncheon, located at various restaurants throughout Singapore. Our goal is to pick a wide variety of different cuisines and restaurant styles throughout the year, especially focusing on venues you may not have tried yet. This is a great way to try new venues in Singapore and make new friends!

High Tea
Singapore Hotels are famous for their High Tea service, and our goal is to try as many of them as we can! We will aim to try a variety of styles and price points throughout the year.

Mahjong
Mahjong Games
AWA plays Western Style Mahjong*. Registration for our games is organized via the AWA Mahjong WhatsApp chat - please register via the button below. PLEASE NOTE: YOU SHOULD ONLY REGISTER FOR THE CHAT IF YOU ARE ALREADY ABLE TO PLAY MAHJONG.
Mahjong Training
If you would like to learn mahjong, we periodically have mahjong training sessions, with registration via our calendar (if we have a current session live, you will see it in the calendar list at the foot of this page).
The training sessions are held at a private home. Training includes material and tuition from our mahjong volunteers. You will need to complete training before signing up for one of our games as there are a lot of mahjong varieties out there!
