Every year the foreign tours committee organizes a series of amazing excursions for AWA members. Destinations are varied and include something for everyone. If details are not posted, feel free to contact the registrar for more information. The AWA provides no travel or tour services on its own, but arranges them through reputable, licensed tour agencies as a service to its members. Trips are normally limited to 15 travelers.

Registration & General Information
To register on a foreign tour please complete the Registration Form (also found in the Bamboo Telegraph each month). Bookings are only taken once the tour has been publicized in the Bamboo Telegraph. After the BT has been dispatched on the first day of the month, we take registrations for the tours on a first come first served basis.
Cancellation
Cancellation deadlines for foreign tours will be structured on an individual tour basis. No refunds will be given after the stated deadline unless the position can be filled from the waitlist. Any penalties incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Special Notes for Foreign Tours
Your passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of your entry into some countries. Prices are subject to change due to possible increases in airfare or extreme currency fluctuations. All monies are non–refundable after the final payment due date, unless a replacement is found. Cancellations must be made in writing. No individual changes in itinerary are allowed.
Terms and Conditions for Foreign Tours
Be sure to read the terms and conditions of each foreign tour. Sometimes these notes change depending on the destination and/or activity. Note should also be taken of what is and is not included for each tour (generally Visa fees, excess baggage and expenses of a personal nature are not included).
